I just wanted to send out a big thank you to Melanie from Patch support, who was so gracious and helpful to me yesterday. I thought I had signed up for Patch via a "sign up" button on the site, but realized that in so doing I used the wrong e-mail address. I contacted Patch, and Melanie not only got that straightened out, she got me signed up for Patch correctly and got me my Patch account as well.

Throughout she was friendly, helpful and quick in her responses. If she is indicative of the Patch support staff, and I hope she is, they have a great group there.
