Langhorne Borough Resident Frank A. Farry Honored by Bucks County Paper
Frank A. Farry Esq. a respected member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for District 142 and an attorney with Begley, Carlin and Mandio, LLP, has been named one of the “Forty Under 40” in Bucks County who should be recognized for their professional success and service to the community by the predominant Bucks County Pa. newspaper. According to the Bucks County Courier Times/The Intelligencer who solicited nominations, the inaugural class of 40 professionals “represents the best and the brightest young talent in Bucks County.”
In the Pennsylvania House, Mr. Farry serves as a Deputy House Whip, Chairman of the House Sub-Committee on Security and Emergency Preparedness and Alternative Chairman of the House Sub-Committee on Townships. Prior to his election in 2008, Mr. Farry worked for Middletown Township for over seven years as the Assistant Township Manager and Director of Community Services.
In addition to his legislative commitments, Mr. Farry is a highly skilled family law lawyer - assisting area residents with problems ranging from a simple family will to complex divorce cases. He also practices in the areas of contracts, real estate, wills & powers of attorney, and business transactions.
One of Mr. Farry’s greatest passions is helping people and giving back to his community. He has been a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years and Fire Chief of the Langhorne Middletown Fire Company for over 10 years. He is certified in various emergency response disciplines and serves as the Emergency Management Coordinator for Langhorne Borough and Langhorne Manor Borough. He has received numerous awards and commendations for service and heroism.
His volunteer and community work includes past service as Board Member, Lower Bucks Chapter of the American Red Cross; Board Member, Treasurer and Governmental Liaison, Middletown Community Foundation; Past President of the Bucks County Consortium of Municipalities; and Guest Presenter, Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce – Leadership Bucks program. He has also served on numerous municipal and county committees aimed at Public Safety enhancement.
A lifelong resident of lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Frank graduated from Neshaminy High School in 1990. Mr. Farry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and his law degree and Masters in Public Policy from Rutgers University.
