5 Arrested For DUI-Related Charges, Police Say

Middletown Township police said they made five driving under the influence arrests over the weekend.

A 41-year-old New Jersey man was arrested after a traffic stop, police said. It happened on Route 1 near East Maple Avenue at 12:31 a.m. Sunday. Police said David Fallas, of Manalapan, faces aggravated assault and DUI charges.

A 32-year-old Bensalem man was arrested after a traffic stop. It happened on New Falls Road at Veterans Highway at 1:53 a.m. Saturday. Police said William Ryan Harris faces DUI and related traffic offenses. 

Police said Nicole Boyer, 21, of Langhorne, was arrested for DUI. It happened after a traffic stop on New Falls Road at Durham Road at 2:15 a.m. Sunday.

Police said they made an arrest after a traffic stop on North Woodbourne Road in the area of Styer’s at 2:40 a.m. Sunday. James Galvin Birch, 40, of Lawrenceville, N.J. faces DUI and careless driving charges, according to police.

Jose D. Catillo-Rosario, 24, of Morrisville, was arrested for DUI and careless driving, police said. It happened after a traffic stop on East Lincoln Highway in the area of Reedman’s at 2:40 a.m. Monday, according to police.
