A police blotter including an arrest for retail theft was released by Bristol Borough Police on Jan. 8.

According to the report, a 36-year-old man from Foster Avenue Circle in Bristol Township was arrested for retail theft at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 7. The man was charged with retail theft at Walmart at Bristol Commerce Park, police said.

He will be summoned to court for the theft charge. The man was released to the Sheriffs Department due to an active warrant out of Bucks County.
