On the front page article in today's BCCT about Mike Fitzpatrick's "restrictions" of no media, no recording devices and no democratic opponent to be present. What's up with that?
He might as well be in a sound proof room answering questions presented to him by
his GOP constituents and they will report what was said. What is he afraid of? A debate is public, with media, cameras, recordings, etc. If you cannot handle a debate, how can you handle public office?

@Linda Sheridan: The restrictions mentioned in the Courier story were regarding two "forums" that are to be held at Ohev Shalom synagogue. The debates will not carry the restrictions mentioned in the story.

How many times has Boockvar held open forums with voters that were not organized by party or sympathetic groups?
Zero, except for that event at The Raven in June.

I'm Jewish and since Obama is not beholden to big oil the way Romney is, he would actually be MORE likely to do what has to be done in the Middle East without regard to what it might cost the oil companies. So the rabbi who is giving his congregation to Fitzpatrick, excluding Boockvar, makes NO sense to me.
