Hit, Run Crash Trial Next Step for Falls Man
Mark Kerwood will face trial for an New Year's Eve incident where police say he injured a young boy and fled.
Levittown resident Mark Kerwood, 39, will face trial in county court in Doylestown for allegedly hitting a young boy with his white work van and driving away from the scene on New Year's Eve 2011.
Falls Township police at a preliminary trial said they used cell phone tracking software to discover that the 39-year-old was in the Levittown area during the time of the strike, PhillyBurbs.com reported.
According to the website, the incident left a young boy with a broken leg.
