Man Charged with Aggravated Assault, Child Endangerment
The victim is an 18-month-old girl. She's in critical condition.
Bensalem police have announced the arrest of Adrian Morgan Allen, 27, of Gooseneck Road in Bristol Township on first-degree felony aggravated assault charges, child endangerment and related charges.
Allen was lodged in Bucks County Prison after Bensalem District Judge Leonard Brown set his bail Monday at $1 million/10 percent.
Police said that on Feb. 26 Allen allegedly called his girlfriend and told her that her 18 month old daughter was sick and vomiting. When she returned home that day she found her daughter unresponsive in her crib and took her to St. Mary Medical Center. The child was then flown to St. Christopher’s Hospital.
Investigation found that Allen was baby sitting his girlfriend's three children at her apartment in the 2500 block of Knights Road between Friday night and Sunday.
The child is listed in critical condition at St. Christopher’s Children’s Hospital.

The charges don't add up with the story. How was the child assaulted/ endangered?

How do the charges not add up?!? His story doesn't add up and there is a history of injuries the child endured in where Allen was watching the child. This poor child is suffering and may not make it due to assault, child endangerment and neglect on both of their parts. Personally I think both the boyfriend and the mother should be charged.

he should be charged with murder only a monster can twist an infants leg causing a spiral fracture, then 6wks later when mom left the baby helpless to be bit, burn and beaten to where it had to have surgery to release pressure in it's brain and not calling 9-1-1, and bringing it to hospital hrs later. SICK!!!

I have known my ex bother enlaw for along period of time he have watched my kids my nieces & nephews never have he done anything to harm our baby's i feel bad 4 what happened but i sincerely don't believe he did any to do with harm any chid
