The Neshaminy High School Drama Program will use its current and past talents to help one its own in his battle against cancer.

The drama program will present a special Drama Alumni Night on Wednesday, Dec. 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the Harry M. Dengler, Jr. Performing Arts Center at Maple Point Middle School.

The show will feature some of the funniest drama alumni from the past ten years and be hosted by Drama Director, Gina Chiolan and Drama Officers Kaitlyn Jones and Colin Bonner. The evening will consist of improvisation and a few of the most hilarious skits ever to appear on stage at Neshaminy High School.  

In addition, there will be special commemorative t-shirts on sale and a number of wonderful raffle baskets.

All proceeds benefit Hope for Howie. Long time NHS English teacher Dennis Howie has been battling a rare form of pancreatic cancer known as Endocrine Pancreatic Cancer.

"Howie has been an inspiration to both students and his colleagues. This important event highlights the selflessness of both current students and alumni alike," drama program officials said in a press release.
