Concerned Citizen......they were extremely intellectually challenged kids, that is all I can say about this case. Extreme special needs kids....

Were they escapees from Woods School? And if they were so called extremely special needs, how would one with such disability know how to navigate to the park and manage to break in?

I am not sure how they navigated the break in. I know all 4 of the kids, and they are definately impaired, significantly. I dont think I can say much more.

Aparantly your knowlege on the special needs community is lacking. Developmental/intellectual disability does not mean incapable. They did not navigate the park, I am assuming they just hopped a fence. Not that hard to do if you are physically capable , just intellectually impaired?
