Police: Thousands In Thefts, Burglaries Reported

Police said sometime between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on June 28, someone broke in through a first floor window of a location on Red Cedar Drive in Levittown. Various jewelry items were stolen. It was reported at 7:26 p.m. on June 28.

According to police, a black, 27-inch, Fuji boys 10-speed was stolen from an address on Route 13 in Levittown. The bike had a large flat seat and a label that said “Schwinn”. The handlebars had the original foam.  A suspect was captured on a nearby video system. According to police he is a white male, 30 to 40-years old with dark shorts, black t-shirt, baseball cap and goatee.

Police said sometime between June 15 and June 28, someone stole three air conditioning units from a location on the 1100 block of Norton Avenue in Bristol. The units are valued at $6,000. It was reported at 9:20 a.m. on June 29.

At approximately 10:41 a.m. on June 30, two white males entered a location on the 500 block of Fairhurst Road in Fairless Hills according to police. Police said they stole a 32-inch Sharp flat screen TV and a black Waither PPK style BB gun. The TV was valued at $400 and the BB gun at $60. The suspects are described as two white males in their 20’s. The first subject had short hair and wore a white t-shirt and jean shorts. The second subject also had short hair and wore a white t-shirt and khaki cargo shorts.

Sometime between 10 a.m. and 3:30 on June 30, someone entered a residence on Jennifers Court in Levittown and stole a 60-inch LG plasma TV police said. The TV is valued at $1,200. It was reported at 7:21 p.m. on June 30.

According to police, sometime between 10 p.m. on July 1 and 8 a.m. on July 2, someone broke into a location on the 1900 block of Ritter Avenue. A HP G62-144DX laptop with charger, an alarm clock, coins and various DVDs were stolen. The items are valued at $1,100. It was reported at 8:11 a.m. on July 2.

Police said someone broke into a vehicle parked on the lot of a location on the 600 block of South Oxford Valley Road in Fairless Hills. The subject took a set of keys from an unlocked locker and stole a Blackberry Cell Phone valued at $250 and a black wallet with credit cards from the vehicle. The credit cards were used at Target and Best Buy to purchase between $3,000 and $4,000 worth of merchandise. It was reported at 1:17 p.m. on June 30.
