Slideshow: Pennsbury Prom Decorations Set Up In 'Superhero' Fashion
Before all the magic happens students, faculty and volunteers set up decorations Friday evening.
Pennsbury High School's 2012 Prom: Fantasy Worlds of Magic and Heroes is set to highlight every imaginable fantasy character, hero, and superhero during Saturday's prom.
But before all the magic happens students, faculty and volunteers set up decorations Friday evening, some staying well into early Saturday morning to make sure everything was in perfect order before heading to the "Nation's Best" high school prom.
While the actual prom is for PHS students and their escorts only, the public and community is invited to share in the experience of what makes the prom so special during Saturday's public walk through from 12 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
"Students, parents, teachers, and even community members... keep coming back every year to be a part of this major undertaking," Pennsbury School District Coordinator of Communications Ann Langtry said. "We invite you to share in the excitement of this unique high school event that annually brings together an entire community."
