Teens Arrested After Bristol Thefts from Vehicles
Two 19-year-olds were taken into custody by township police on Saturday.
Two 19-year-old men were arrested by Bristol Township police on charges they stole various items from vehicles in the 100 block of Border Rock Road in Levittown.
Christopher Jelleyman and Stephen Walterick were arrested on Saturday afternoon after a witness called officers following the alleged thefts, police said. The witness followed the suspects until police had the two in custody.
The duo were arraigned on felony charges of conspiracy and criminal trespass. Theft and several related misdemeanor charges were also lodged against the two 19-year-olds.
Both teens went before Magisterial District Judge Jean Seaman and are being held in the county jail on 10 percent of $50,000 bail, according to court records.
Walterick previously plead guilty to charges of theft after a December 2011 incident in Falls Township. At the time of his arrest on Saturday, he was on probation stemming from that case, court documents show.
