Woman Struck by Car in Middletown & Truck Overturns in Falls
Two traffic incident happened late Friday afternoon in Levittown.
Woman Struck by Car
A middle-aged woman was struck by a car at Route 413 and Trenton Road in the Levittown section of Middletown at around 3 p.m. Friday, according to reports.
Patch reader Drew Sroka said EMS crews put the woman on a stretcher and took her in an ambulance. Emergency reports indicated she was transported to St. Mary Medical Center's trauma ward.
No further information on the afternoon crash was available from authorities.
Truck Spills Load at Intersection
A large truck overturned and spilled its load of dirt and rock at the intersection of Penn Valley Road and Falls Tullytown Road in the Levittown section of Falls on Friday afternoon.
The driver of the truck was transported to the hospital with relatively minor injuries, police said.
The intersection was closed by fire police while crews worked to remove debris and vehicle fluids from the road. A front-end loader and pick-up truck were used to clear the roadway.

Tradegy strikes and someone is seriously hurt right before christmas and this gut stands there and takes pictures like its a big joke and has the nerve to brag on a post that he is credited with taking the picture. What a loser! Way to go DREW your a real america hero! Get well to ever was hit by the car! And to the goverment: instead of wasting our tax money on stupid things. How about sidewalks for all areas of levittown! Thats the most important thing we need!
