A Levittown man was charged with criminal mischief after being caught defacing a wall with graffiti on Monday, Jan. 7, according to a State Police report. The 24-year-old was seen using spray paint just after 12:30 a.m. to deface a concrete wall at the Durham Road overpass southbound on 95 in Middletown Township, police said.
