With an 8-week series of day, evening and weekend classes (5 different training sessions a week) with dynamic instruction from Certified Personal Trainers & Nutritionists, this BOOTCAMP is YOUR START LINE! You'll receive an in-depth tailored nutrition plan, pre- and post-evaluation to help monitor your progress, education and empowerment to kick start a healthy lifestyle, and motivation and inspiration from a team environment.
Starts January 21 and runs until March 16; Mondays & Thursdays 6:30-7:30 pm; Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays 11-12 pm.
$200 for non-members and $150 for current members.
