This is one of eight elementary schools in the Bristol Township School District. Its mission is to provide students with an inclusive learning environment that will foster academic proficiency. Parents of students are encouraged to attend monthly awards assemblies that recognize students for various achievements such as student of the month, 100 Book Challenge steps, Safeties and principal lunch. Additional support staff at this school provides instructional support, math resource, speech therapy, English as a Second Language (ESL), health, Title 1 and gifted programs for students in need. Buchanan Elementary is located directly across the street from a shopping complex.
