Zumba Classes, every Thursday night from 7p-8p.  I am a bariatric surgery patient my surgery was August 30, 2007 at the Barix Clinic now known as Forest Health Medical Center August 30, 2007, with a starting weight of 254 now currently 136.  

Barix Clinic now known as Forest Health Medical Center gave me my life back and I wanted to help other to reach their goals to feel better.

You do not have to be a bariatric patient to attend, you only need the goal of feeling better.  Come out and give it a try Classes are $5.00 each.

Zumba is:

The Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow,calorie-burning, dance fitness-party.Feel the music and let loose.

Easy, non-intimidating learning environment. Exercise in disguise.

You will laugh, move and sweat.
