Drug Store Robber Strikes Again, Halloween Party at Three Arches

  • Authorities say the man suspected of robbing a Rite Aid in Falls last Saturday and a CVS in Lower Makefield on Sunday struck again when he robbed a Lower Makefield Rite Aid at gunpoint on Tuesday, according to the Bucks County Courier Times. Anyone with information on the Falls robbery, contact Falls Detective Stephen Reeves at 215-302-3305.
  • The Falls Township Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Halloween Party at the Three Arches Saturday, Oct. 26, from 1 to 3 p.m. There will be arts & crafts, a DJ, games, face painting, Otto the Balloon Man, a costume contest at 2 p.m. and more.
  • The Youth Orchestra of Bucks County will continue its musical outreach initiative, Students In Concert, in the Bristol Township School District. Join the YOBC for a fundraiser October 26 from 3 to 6 pm at McStew's Irish Sports Bar, 5316 New Falls Rd. in Levittown. Music, raffles, food, and fun are on the menu, with live music by the blues band Mike Mettalia and Midnight Shift. Tickets are now on sale for $25.
