Recycle Clothing at Lower Bucks YMCA, Ladies Night at Five Four Bar

- The Lower Bucks YMCA at 601 South Oxford Valley Road in Fairless Hills is hosting a community clothing recycling event Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. This is a one-stop opportunity to bring all of your gently used and re-wearable clothes, shoes, bags, belts and related household items for recycling.
- The Bristol Township Planning Commission Wednesday night tabled the conditional land use hearing for the school district's plans for the reconstruction of Ralph W. Emerson Elementary, according to LevittownNow.com. The district will try again at the Nov. 20 meeting.
- Five Four Bar & Grill at 8919 New Falls Rd. in Levittown is hosting a special ladies' night event Thursday at 6 p.m. Enjoy some cocktails, try your luck in some 50/50 raffles and shop at vendor tables that include 31, Tastefully Simple and the Pampered Chef.
- D & S Boat Sales, 110 Main St. in Tullytown is the site of a three-day consignment sale beginning Oct. 18 and ending Oct. 20. The Kool Kids Sale will feature gently used clothing, toys and games for the thrifty shoppers out there. The schedule for the sale is: Friday, noon to 8:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Sunday 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., followed by a cash bag sale where customers can fill a bag for $20.
