Craft Show at Hisoric 3 Arches Through Dec. 15

FAIRLESS HILLS -The holiday season is in full swing at the 301-year-old Three Arches, an historic house that turns into an intimate gift/craft shop overflowing with handmade items at this time of year.

        Located at 335 Trenton Rd. in Fairless Hills, "Seasons at Three Arches" is running through Dec. 15 on Wednesdays  through Sundays, with Wednesday evenings featuring a snowflake "pull" good for a 5-to-50 percent discount. Operating hours are Wednesdays from 7 to 9 p.m.; Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

        "It's a way of supporting small businesses and artists while helping your community," says Liz Reese, who operates the program. "We have a lot of new crafters this year."

        The crafters' work is displayed in three rooms brimming with brightly decorated with Christmas trees and holiday decorations that are packed into the snug Three Arches' first floor. Among the items offered are hand-knit scarves, handmade clothing for infants, doggie treats,  jewelry, handbags, candies, cookies, Christmas decorations, dollhouse decor, and wreaths, all generally priced below $20.

        Low prices, free gift wrapping, samples of baked goods and candies and free parking will also be offered during hours of operation. All major credit cards will be accepted
