Friday Snow Hits Levittown

A minor winter storm hit the area Friday afternoon and ended just after nightfall. Share your snow photos with us.

Friday's snow fell fast and left little problems around the lower portion of Bucks County.

The storm started in the late afternoon and the cold temperatures let the small glittery flakes stick immediately to the ground.

In the end, the Levittown region was left with about an inch or two of powdery snow.

In Middletown, I-95 appeared clear as the storm wound down and Route 1 in Falls seemed to be just wet.

Throughout the day on Friday, road crews from local municipalities and PennDOT were seem spreading salt and brine on the major paths through the area.

Expect clear skies and sunshine on Saturday with a high of 28 degrees throughout the region, according to the National Weather Service.

Due to the extremely cold temperatures, a Code Blue remains in effect until Monday morning.
