Jack is Levittown’s Top Dog

With 27 entries and dozens of votes over three weeks, Coilean Jordan, is voted Doylestown's Top Dog.

To be fair, there wasn’t an avalanche of entries in Levittown Patch’s photo contest. Perhaps it’s because Jack is so cute he scared away the competition.

In any case, Jack, a Bichon Frise, is the winner. Jack was rescued from an abusive home and is now happy, and an Eagles fan.

Since Jack is a purebred his real name is Jackie Odey Cloudy Prem

“We rescued Jack when he was just 8 months old,” say owners Loretta and Jim Prem.  “[He] had a rough start, he was abused as a puppy.  It took him quite a few years to trust [our]  family, but has come a long way.”

Now, the Prems say, Jack is a great watch dog, and just has a great personality, always happy

As the winner, Jack will move to the next round of voting in a regional contest of Bucks and Montgomery County canines.

Wish Jack luck.

We’ll start the voting for the regional contest on July 9; look for it.
