Look for NASA Rocket Launch Friday Night

A NASA rocket launch from Virginia could be visible in eastern Pennsylvania on Friday night.

For about four minutes Friday night, Levittown residents may be able to get a glimpse of a NASA rocket launch.

NASA will be launching a 90-foot-tall Minotaur V orbital rocket at approximately 11:27 p.m. on Friday from its Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. Depending on the weather conditions, the Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Environment Explorer liftoff is expected to be highly visible throughout the Eastern United States from about 11:27 p.m. to 11:31 p.m., according to NASA.

The launch will be shown live onNASA TV beginning at 9:30 p.m. on Friday.
