Bites Nearby: Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

Looking towards the east for good eats.

It's not very hard to find a Chinese restaurant. Nowadays it seems like you can find Chinese in any food court or strip mall in the country. Of course, as the old adage goes; sometimes it's quality, not quantity.

The Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant, located in the now desolate Bristol Plaza, is definitely quality Chinese food. The small, family run restaurant offers little in visual flare, but much in the way of flavor.

The restaurant itself is little more than take-out. Yes, there are seats, but the interior would not be an appealing place to eat in. Don't let the sit-in fool you, the food the family concocts is simply top-notch Chinese. Everything from General Tso's to Singapore noodles are simply perfect. To top it off, everything is cooked on site, hand-woked and lacking any of those preservatives and chemicals you may find at commercial chains.
