“Oxford Valley Mall is proud to make a difference in the community for a third consecutive year with the Big sMall Walk,” said Jim Malervy, director of mall marketing. “The event has already raised thousands of dollars for Holy Redeemer in its first two years, and we expect the total to continue to grow as more people participate.”

Coinciding with the Big sMall walk is Oxford Valley Mall’s First Annual Moms Rock! Expo hosted in conjunction with 95.7 BEN-FM and powered by First National Bank of Newtown and the Simon Kidgits Club. Area mothers will be treated to plenty of pampering, beauty tips and shopping deals including free make-up consultations from Sephora and ring polishing from Gordon Jewelers.

Additional activities include a special visit from the Philly Phanatic from 1 to 2 p.m. and appearances from guest speakers Beth Allen, owner of HIP Chicks, who will discuss self-reliance through empowerment, and Dawn Ellery, owner of Sweet Escape in New Hope, who will cover how one can embrace talents and turn them into a profitable business venture.
