"We are truly grateful to the Philadelphia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America for this recognition," said Laurie Temple, St. Mary Medical Center senior communicator and website administrator. “We are extremely proud of this effort as the new website has a high-tech, high-touch quality that does more than simply provide information; it really has strengthened our connection with our community. The site also enables visitors to rely on St. Mary as a trustworthy healthcare partner.”

St. Mary Medical Center launched a revitalized website in December 2010, featuring upgraded capabilities and user-friendly format. The newly designed website earned national recognition in May of 2011, receiving the Silver Award in the 13th annual Web Health Awards program organized by the Health Information Resource Center™. Elements of the site include patient testimonials, videos, daily health news updates, and prominent displays of quality data, in addition to detailed information about our high-quality care and services.
