: Police responded to a two-car accident on the 1300 block of Byberry Rd. where the victims were hit by a driver who had some questionable items in his pockets. While conducting a search of the driver of the striking vehicle, Robert Hawk, 31 of Warrington, police found 40 separate glassine baggies containing blue wax paper with suspected heroin in his cargo pocket, and three used blue wax paper sheets inside the one cut glassine baggie. : Acting on information provided by an anonymous source, Warminster police have arrested and charged an Upper Southampton man in connection with the May 26 robbery of the 7-Eleven at 220 E. Street Rd. Sean Paul Foley, 19, of the 400 block of Springfield Road, was charged with multiple counts, including Robbery, Making Terroristic Threats, Possession of a Firearm, Simple Assault and Receiving Stolen Property. : On May 29, Gov. Tom Corbett signed execution warrants for three men, each of whom were convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to death. : Residents and officials from both Lower Southampton and Northampton filled an informational meeting held by PennDOT Wednesday night to discuss possible improvements that could be made to the intersection of Maple Avenue (Route 213) and Bridgetown Pike.
