Fire Damage Forces Polling Place Change
The Magic Cottage daycare had been heavily damaged by an arson in September, forcing the temporary relocation.
The Bucks County Commissioners approved the temporary relocation of the polling place for Bristol Township's voting district 9-1 from the Magic Cottage on Appletree Drive to George Washington Elementary School, 275 Crabtree Drive.
The Magic Cottage building was damaged on Sept. 28 from a fire that has been ruled an arson by the Bristol Township Fire Marshal. Two firefighters were injured during the call.
Election Day is November 5, 2013. Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
