LBC Food Swap

Join us for our first food swap on Sunday, November 11th, from 1-3pm at Little Boutique in Levittown.

Food swaps are a growing trend where each person attending brings several items to swap with others. You fill out a swap card stating what your item is, and then go around the room and see what others have brought and “bid” on the item that you want, similar to a silent auction. There is nothing written in concrete and you’re not held to swap with anyone unless you want to. Your items are your bargaining power, and no money ever changes hands.

The food must be handmade/homegrown, whether baked, brewed, preserved, cooked, garden grown, etc…nothing from the grocery store, and the person bringing it must have made/grown it him/herself.

Our events are open to the general public, but you will need to reserve a free ticket to attend since we have limited space available.

While this is a free event, we will accept donations to cover the cost of paper products & supplies.
