The money will go to support Hannah, a baby from Levittown who has been diagnosed with Krabbe Disease.

“Hannah from Hope for Hannah visited his school during the last week of classes. The school had a big day of awareness, asking all the students to wear blue in Hannah's honor.  Ryan participated in the awareness day, but when he got thome, he had a lot of questions about Hannah,” his mother, Tammy, said in an email to Patch.

After talking with his mother, Ryan said he wanted to do something to show support for Hannah. He decided on a bike parade.

“He is asking children in the community to decorate their bikes in blue (the color that supports Krabbe disease) and to donate $5 to his cause,” according to his mother.

There will be a moon bounce, a face painter, food, fire trucks and a DJ. Registration for the event begins at 11 a.m. The parade will begin at noon.
