When is Santa Arriving at the Oxford Valley Mall?

Santa is at the mall beginning Saturday and ready for photographs.

The kids may still be eating Halloween candy but the Oxford Valley Mall is ready to celebrate another holiday—Christmas.

Santa Claus is at the mall beginning Saturday, Nov. 9, and ready for photographs.

According to a press release, Bucks County children are invited to enjoy breakfast with Santa in the mall food court between 9 and 9:45 a.m. November hours are Monday through Saturday are 10 a.m. to 8 pm. On Sundays, Santa will be there from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

On Nov. 16 at 8:30 a.m., bring the kids back for story time with Santa, followed by a holiday parade to the Children's Place for in-store activities sponsored by Despicable Me 2.

In December, Santa makes himself more available. Hours extend as late as 9:30 p.m. some evenings. Check the website for a full schedule of hours.

Here are some tips for meeting Santa, courtesy of the Oxford Valley Mall:

1.     Visit Santa early in the season. Lines get longer as Christmas nears.

2.     For best results, select an outfit color that will work well against the backdrop of Santa’s red suit. Green, silver, white and gold are festive and bright for the holiday season.

3.     If your child doesn’t care to sit on Santa’s lap there is additional seating that can be arranged so he/she may sit next to him.

4.     If Santa is not in his chair when you arrive, explain to your children that he needed to take a quick break to go feed the reindeer.
