Ryan J  Parry, William B. Parry & Son, LTD is a Leadership Bucks County Graduate – here is what he has to say about the program!

As a graduate in 2011 of Leadership Bucks County, this program has assisted my professional career in two ways. First, the Insights tool not only taught me about my leadership personality,  it also made me recognize other people’s
personality types.  This has become beneficial in communication with my
clients and business partners since I can recognize personality traits in their
communication style.  Second, the program provides more confidence in one’s decision making process.  Since graduating from the program, I can identify in our family business where we implemented operational changes and recognize how the Leadership Bucks County program assisted in the confidence to execute those changes.  Now, as the volunteer Chairperson of the program, I am even more excited to assist future leaders in their own discovery process.
