Snow: Winter Weather Advisory in Effect

One to two inches of snow are possible Wednesday into Thursday along with gusty winds, according to the National Weather Service.

November has barely begun and Bucks and Montgomery are already under a winter weather advisory.

The advisory, which was issued Tuesday afternoon by the National Weather Service covers the Greater Philadelphia area.

On Wednesday, there's a chance of rain and snow, mainly after 1 p.m. On Thursday, it will be blustery, with a north wind 17 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph and a possible accumulation of 1-to-2 inches of snow.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads while driving.
