$10K Heating Unit Stolen From Levittown Home

Bristol Township police said they made one arrest over the weekend.

Timothy Cellins, 45, of Bensalem, was arrested on a bench warrant Saturday off New Falls Road in Levittown. Cellins was released to the Bucks County Sheriff's office.

Sometime around April 9, police said a thief broke into a home on Holly Drive in Levittown and removed a copper baseboard-heating unit. The heating unit was valued at more than $10,000.

Bristol police reported several other instances of theft last week.

According to police, someone broke into a home on Beaver Dam Road in Bristol sometime last week. The thief entered from a rear window of the home and attempted to remove copper piping.

At about 1:30 p.m. on Friday, a man stole $46 worth of gas from a local gas station. The thief pulled up to the Delta Gas station on Veteran's Highway in Bristol and after filling up his vehicle's gas tank and sped off out of the parking lot.

Police said someone ripped off the registration plate from a parked vehicle on Tremont Street in Bristol. The incident occurred overnight last Saturday. The value of the plate was approximately $36.

Sometime last week someone stole six Native American statues from outside a home on Neshaminy Road in Croydon. According to Bristol Police the statues were valued at a combined $3,000.

A parked 2003 Dodge on Inland Road in Levittown was broken into overnight Sunday. According to police the thief entered the vehicle and removed a mounted GPS system as well as some loose change. The value of the system was around $300.

Police reported a similar incident on Indian Red Road in Levittown Sunday night. Someone broke into a parked Nissan, stealing a GPS system, sunglasses and several Compact Discs. The combined value of the stolen items was approximately $900.

A 2005 Chrysler, also on Indian Red Road in Levittown, was broken into Sunday night. Police said the thief took from the vehicle a purse, loose cash, a car charger cord and a Blue Tooth headset. Police estimate the value of the stolen items at around $130.

Police said several instances of vandalism were also reported.

Sometime between April 12 and April 15, someone kicked in the rear door of a car parked o Kenwood Drive in Levittown.

Between noon and 2 p.m. on Saturday, police report that the lock on a side door of a trailer was cut off. The trailer was parked outside a residence on Islet Road in Levittown at the time of the incident.

Police said sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, at least one person broke the rear passenger window of a 2009 Scion. The Scion was parked outside a home on Ridge Lane at the time of the incident.
