2 Arrested, Several Thefts Reported In Bristol Township

Bristol Township police said they made two arrests.

Charles Kuzemka, 36, of Levittown, was arrested on a bench warrant and released to Bucks County sheriffs.

Veronica Lynn, 21, of Croydon, was arrested on Janet Avenue in Croydon on April 30 and charged with assault and harassment. Lynn's bail was set at $75,000.

Police reported several thefts over the past week.

Last Saturday, a man stole a bicycle from outside a location on Bristol Pike in Croydon. Police said the man was wearing blue jeans with a black shirt. The value of the bicycle was estimated at $300.

Police said sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. on April 29 someone broke into a home on Rustleaf Lane in Levittown and stole several pieces of jewelry.

A handgun and loose cash was stolen from a home on Sycamore Avenue in Croydon sometime last week, police reported. The value of the stolen items was about $320.

Two boxes of plants were stolen from a location on Midwood Lane in Levittown. The incident occurred sometime between 6:30 p.m. on May 1 and 7 a.m. May 2. Police said the items were valued at $15.

A commuter bus, parked on Ford Road in Bristol, was broken into sometime between April 18 and May 2, according to police. The thief stole a mobile radio from the bus valued at $750.

A bicycle was stolen from a home on Nancy Drive in Croydon sometime last week. Police said the bike taken from the backyard of the residence.

Sometime between 9:30 p.m. on May 1 and 9:25 a.m. on May 2, someone entered the rear of a home on Maple Avenue in Croydon and stole a wood chipper. The value of the item is unknown.

Copper wiring, worth $20, was taken from a location on Edgely Road in Levittown. Police said the incident occurred sometime within the last two months.

Between April 27 and May 2 someone broke into a storage trailer on Radcliffe Street in Bristol. According to the police, the individual gained entry by cutting through the chain-link fence around the property. A hammer drill and two circular saws, valued at $2,200, were stolen.

Sometime overnight Tuesday someone took the radio and speakers of a 1990 Honda on Old Rodgers Road in Bristol. Police said the individual broke the window of the car to gain entry.

Police reported that sometime last week an unknown amount of cash was removed from a home on Mayflower Road in Levittown.

Musical stage equipment, worth $2,800, was stolen from a vehicle on Haines Road in Levittown sometime Tuesday night. Police said someone pried open the passenger-side door of a parked 2001 Chevrolet and took a radio, speakers, several mic stands, a laptop and a flashlight.

Police also reported several instances of vandalism in the past week.

Sometime between April 30 and May 1 the front left tire of a 2000 Chrysler was slashed. Police said the vehicle was parked on Iva Lane in Fairless Hills at the time of the incident.

A 2005 Chevrolet parked on Church Street in Croydon was vandalized Tuesday night. Someone dented the hood of the car and ripped off the driver-side door handle. Police said the incident caused $4,000 worth of damages.

Police said someone stole a 2002 Kia's inspection stickers and smashed its front windshield sometime Saturday night. The Kia was parked outside of the Greenwood Auto Repair center on Bristol Pike in Croydon.
