Armed Robbery at Oxford Valley Pharmacy, Police Report

The robbery took place Sunday afternoon on Woodbourne Road in Levittown, the third area pharmacy in less than a week to be struck.

The Oxford Valley Pharmacy on Woodbourne Road in Levittown was robbed at gunpoint Sunday afternoon, according to a statement from the Middletown Police Department.

According to the release, a white man with a heavy build, salt and pepper hair, mustache and facial stubble and wearing a light-colored jacket with a white Eagles jersey and dark Eagles baseball cap, pulled a black semi-automatic handgun from his pocket.

He demanded Oxycontin from store employees and pointed the weapon at people in the store. He grabbed two bottles of the drugs, police say, then left the scene in a maroon and gray, full-size Dodge pickup truck.
