Boy Struck by Car in Middletown
The boy sustained serious injuries to his head and leg Thursday afternoon.
The Middletown Police Department has reported that a seven-year-old boy sustained serious injuries to his leg and head after a car struck him Thursday at approximately 5 p.m.
According to the statement, the car was traveling southbound on North Woodbourne Road when the boy crossed the street at the intersection of Wellington Drive.
The boy was transported to St. Mary Medical Center by first responders; the driver is uninjured.
