Bristol Police Report 3 DUIs over the Weekend

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bristol Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

7/27/12 A 41-year-old man from Levittown was stopped by police for multiple traffic violations at New Falls Road and Route 413 Friday at about 2 a.m. After detecting and odor of an alcoholic beverage, police requested that he perform field sobriety tests, which he complied with. As a result of the field test, he was placed under arrest for allegedly operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to Lower Bucks Hospital where a blood test was administered, charges to be filed pending lab results.

07/28/12 Police responded to a traffic accident in the 2200 block Edgely Road at 1:40 a.m. Saturday. Upon arrival and after investigation, a 23-year-old man from Bristol was taken into custody for allegedly operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to Lower Bucks Hospital for a blood test. He was returned to Hq’s and processed and arrest to proceed via summons.

07/29/12, At 1:45 a.m. Sunday, on Route 413 and New Falls Road, a 59-year-old man was taken into custody after a traffic stop for allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to Lower Bucks Hospital where blood was drawn and processed at police headquarters. Arrest to proceed by summons pending lab results.
