Bristol Woman, Levittown Man, Among Arrests

Bristol Township police said they made two arrests. 

A 31-year-old Bristol woman was arrested on a bench warrant and released to Bucks County Sheriffs. Police said Elizabeth Hussey was arrested at Foster Avenue Circle at 2:37 a.m. on Nov. 17.

Police said 27-year-old Philip Ventigli, of Levittown, was arrested on a local warrant at Broadleaf Road on Levittown at 12:26 p.m. on Nov. 17. He was arraigned at District Court No. 2. His bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

Police said burglars kicked open the front door of a home on Veterans Highway in Bristol and stole an Xbox game system and guns. It was reported happening sometime between 11 a.m. and 3:39 p.m. on Nov. 17.

A burglar climbed through a second floor window of a home on Ironwood Road in Levittown and took cash, jewelry and electronics, according to police. It happened sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Nov. 17.

A man walked into a Wawa on Bristol Pike in Bristol and stole several half gallons of iced tea and other items and fled in a truck, police said. It happened at 10:47 p.m. on Nov. 17. The thief was described as a white man, about 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall. He was wearing a gray sweater, blue jeans and a baseball cap. 

Police reported someone broke the lock on a shed at Radcliffe Street in Levittown sometime between 5 p.m. on Nov. 16 and 5:50 a.m. on Nov. 17. 

Police said a thief smashed the driver's side window of a 1997 Nissan and took a pair of jeans and a shirt. The car was parked at Glenrose Avenue in Bristol. It reportedly happened at 8:36 a.m. on Nov. 17 and caused $220 in damages, according to police. 

A thief took a purse, wallet, GPS, compact discs and cash, valued at $500, from a 2008 Chevrolet that was parked at Newport Road in Brisol. Police said it was reported at at 8:26 a.m. on Nov. 17. 

Cash and credit cards were reported stolen from a home on Bristol Pike in Levittown, police said. It happened sometime between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 17. 

Police said 17 copper coils were stolen from air conditioning units at Durham Road in Bristol. It happened at 2:44 p.m. on Nov. 17. 

Someone smashed the driver's side window of a car, parked on Plumbridge Drive in Levittown, and took a Bose car stereo system at 8:41 p.m. on Nov. 17. The thief caused about $4,000 in damages. 

Police said a witness watched a thief take a wallet and change from a car on Second Avenue in Croydon at 1:18 a.m. on Nov. 17. He was described as wearing a grey-hooded sweatshirt and sweat pants.

A vandal threw a red brick through the passenger side window of a 2001 Nissan that was parked on Veteran's Highway in Bristol, police reported at 8:52 a.m. on Nov. 17.
