Child's Bicycle Stolen From Backyard

Middletown Township Police Blotter 3/24

Middletown Township police report sometime between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on March 19 an unidentified subject stole a bicycle from a residence on Durham Road. The subject went into the rear of the property to remove the child's bicycle. The bike is valued at $120.

In addition, police said one other theft was reported this week.

Two pieces of equipment were stolen off the the CSX Transportation property in Middletown sometime after hours on March 23. Someone broke into a CSX company truck and removed an industrial abrasion saw and a Lincoln welder. The total value of both items exceeds $8,000.

Police report that sometime between 3 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. on March 23 an unidentified individual smashed the passenger side window of a car in the parking lot of Oxford Valley Mall. The cost of the vandalism is unknown.
