Croydon Man Killed on I-95 is Identified

Victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

A Croydon man has been identified as the victim of a pedestrian accident Tuesday on I-95.
Norbert Joseph Blum, 48, was having engine trouble and had pulled his car over onto the right shoulder of northbound I-95 at mile marker 40 in Bristol Township, according to a report from Pennsylvania State Police at Trevose. 
Just after 8 p.m., Blum was struck by a tractor trailer from Arizona, police said. The truck remained at the scene for police to arrive.
Blum was pronounced dead at the scene by a Bucks County coroner, police said.
