The second young man charged in the crime, Marquis Bell, 18, of Bristol, waived his preliminary hearing. He now faces four counts of robbery and four additional counts of theft by unlawful taking as the case is moved to county court in Doylestown for trial.

Bell is expected to plead guilty in the incident as part of a deal struck with county officials, PhillyBurbs.com said Tuesday.

The party took place on Hedgerow Drive in the township in August. Police told KYW Newsradio that a group of 10 young people were allegedly drinking alcohol while the homeowners were out of town. All of the party attendees were underage.

Subjects then crashed the party and stole wallets and cellphones, the radio station reported.

No trial date has been set for Bell.
