Help FBI Find Child Sex Victims

The FBI is asking for the public's help identifying victims of a man charged with sex abuse of a girl.

The FBI is seeking the public’s help in identifying additional victims of a man charged with repeated abuse of a minor.

Police arrested and charged Joseph Anthony Caracciolo, also known as Joseph Crillo, Joseph Grillo, and Tony Gallardo in the case in New Jersey.

Caracciolo traveled between New York, Atlantic City, NJ and Pennsylvania between May and August 2012 to sexually abuse a girl younger than 13, according to the federal complaint.

Caracciolo is a registered sex offender, who has been in  violation of his registration requirements since 2005.

Caracciolo has represented himself to be a chef, pediatric dentist, business owner, sales-person, and an electrician’s assistant, according to the FBI press release. In addition, he has allegedly claimed to be suffering from cancer. 

Caracciolo has several tattoos, including:

  • A tattoo of Ivy on his left ring finger.
  • A chef in a chef’s hat with the words “Top Chef”, and an underlying quote on the forearm.

  • A cancer ribbon with boxing gloves on Forearm.

  • The initials AJ on the inner left wrist.

  • The letter “M” on inner right wrist.

  • The initials NY on the left upper arm.

  • An “X” between the webbing of the thumb and index finger.
