A 41-year-old Fairless Hills man was charged with criminal mischief after he damaged a police department vehicle in the 7700 block of New Falls Road. The incident occurred shortly after 10 p.m.

DUI
Police stopped a man shortly after 1:30 a.m. on River Lane and are expected to charge him with DUI, pending lab results. The 19-year-old Trevose resident was reportedly was involved in an accident
Intoxicated Person
A 24-year-old Levittown man was cited for public drunkenness at 2:45 a.m. in the 6000 Block of Emilie Road.
Intoxicated Person
At 8:27 a.m., a time when many are still asleep, a 22-year-old Bristol resident was cited for public drunkenness after he came in contact with officer in the 3200 block of Veterans Highway.
Monday, October 1
DUI
A 55-year-old resident of Levittown was arrested for DUI in the
800 block of Veterans Highway. The subject's blood was drawn and charges are pending results for the lab. The incident happened just minutes after midnight.
DUI
A 28-year-old Levittown man was stopped for DUI. He was arrested by officers along Millcreek Road at 1:21 a.m. Charges against the 28-year-old are pending lab results.
Disorderly Conduct
A disorderly conduct citation was issued against a 32-year-old Croydon resident after an incident in the 900 Block of Dolores Lane. Police report the time of incident was at around noon.
Warrant Arrest
Police apprehended Kashieph McClease, 23, of Levittown on an outstanding warrant in the 1500 block of Haines Road shortly after 1 p.m. The man was arraigned before Judge Joanne Kline and sent to prision in lieu of 10 percent of $100,000 bail.
