Langhorne Man Arrested For DUI Near Neshaminy HS

Middletown Township police said they made two arrests. 

Police said 45-year-old John Baradziej, of Langhorne, was arrested for driving under the influence. The arrest came after reports of an intoxicated man at Neshaminy High School came in at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

A 28-year-old Penndel man was arrested following an incident on Jefferson Avenue at 12:23 p.m. Tuesday. Police said David Jenner faces charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment. Jenner was arraigned and remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $8,000 bail.

Police said two men took an iPhone 4 from the AT&T Wireless store in Oxford Valley Mall at 4:07 p.m. Tuesday. The value of the phone was not immediately known.
