Langhorne Man Arrested In 2-Car Crash

Middletown Township police released their latest arrest report.

A Langhorne man was arrested following a two-car crash. It happened on Langhorne-Yardley Road and Woodbourne Road at 1:37 p.m. Sunday. Police said Christopher Joseph Staudt, 26, faces driving under the influence charges.

Steven Joseph Tinari, 28, of Langhorne was arrested for simple assault following a domestic dispute on Fotheringham Court at 2 p.m. on Friday, according to police. Tinari was arraigned by District Judge Baranoski and sent to Bucks County Prison on $60,000 bail.

Police said Mary McGettigan, 38, of Rockledge, Pa., was arrested on several charges following an incident at Target on East Lincoln Highway at 3:59 p.m. Saturday. Police said McGettigan faces corruption of minors, retail theft and receiving stolen property charges, as does Patrick Kane, 41, of Rockledge, Pa., for whom police said they are trying to obtain an arrest warrant. An 11-year-old girl, also involved in the incident, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

According to police, John Sousa Palaio, 39, of Langhorne, was cited for harassment following a dispute on Ramble Road at 7:29 p.m. Saturday.
