Levittown Burglary Suspect Escapes Homeowner, Police
A Falls Township homeowner came home and found a burglar in their home on Thursday afternoon.
A suspected burglar ran from a Parkway Drive homeowner and eluded a police dog Thursday afternoon in the Levittown section of Falls Township.
A homeowner returned to their home in the 500 block of Parkway Drive to find a burlgar inside their home, police said. Luckily, nothing was reported missing and no one was seriously hurt.
The suspect "pushed past" the homeowner and ran down Parkway Drive. Police arrived and used a K-9 unit to track the suspect, authorities said.

A red Dodge Durango SUV was seen speeding away from the area just after the burglary and may have been the burglary suspect's escape vehicle, police said.
The suspect is described as being a white male between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-8. He is of thin build with a dark crew cut and mustache. Police also said he was wearing a dark hooding and khaki pants.

Two other burglary incident were also reported by Falls police.
Police said overnight a home on Cardiff Road that is under construction was entered. It is unknown what was taken.
A home in the 200 block of Pinewood Drive was entered through an unlocked window and several items of PVC furniture were taken, police reported.
