Man Injured on Sesame Place Slide Awarded $700K

A 25-year-old man was awarded nearly $700,000 from Sesame Place after a 2011 injury on a water slide, the Bucks County Courier Times reported.

Onix Agosto Jr of Philadelphia was awarded the settlement after the jury found the park 70 percent at fault for Agosto’s injury. The park, the jury said, shouldn’t have allowed Agosto to wear water shoes on the slide, the Courier Times reported.
