Man Steals Air Conditioner

Bristol Township Police Blotter March 23.

Bristol Township Police report a witness saw a man driving a Ford truck stopped at a residence on Norwood Avenue and removed a scrap air conditioner from the front yard sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on March 21. The suspect was described as a male, approximately 5'10”.

On March 21 two unidentified subjects were spotted by witnesses attempting to break into a vehicle and a detached garage at a home on Rockview Drive in Bristol. The witness was only able to identify one suspect, who described as a white male wearing a white hooded sweat shirt.

Police say overnight on March 22 an unidentified individual removed 600 feet of aluminum triplex wire from a building on Bristol Pike in Croydon. The wire is valued at $350.

In addition to these incidents, Bristol Township Police reported several instances of vandalism in the early part of the week:

Two cars, a 1995 Mitsubishi and a 1995 Ford, parked outside on Parkview Avenue in Bristol, had all eight of their tires slashed in an act of vandalism sometime between 8 p.m and 10:30 p.m on March 21. Police say the cost of the damage is estimated at $600.

Police say someone spray painted a white PVC fence outside a residence on Goldenridge Drive in Levittown at some point between Monday and Wednesday nights. The damage is estimated at $200.

A Bobcat tractor was also “tagged” with spray-paint sometime between March 8 and March 22. the tractor was parked at a location on New Falls Road in Levittown. The value of the damage is approximate $100.

Police made one arrest in the beginning half of the week.

Nicholas Muller, 32 of Chalfont, was arrested on a bench warrant on March 22 and released to the Sheriff's office.
