Middletown Police Make Underage Drinking, DUI Arrests

Middletown Township Police released a recent crime update on Thursday, June 30. Arrests were made for driving under the influence, underage drinking and theft.

On Thursday, June 30, a 19-year-old was arrested for driving under the influence. Police said that Sean Michael Stahl of Langhorne was arrested after police made a suspicious vehicle check around 2 a.m. at Neshaminy High School.

After a complaint about a loud party on Highland Park Place on Wednesday, June 29, seven 18- and 19-year-olds were cited for underage drinking. Kevin Ballester, 19, of Levittown; Dale Harker, 19, of Levitown; Leah Longden, 19, of Langhorne; John Margicin, Jr., 19, of Langhorne; Samantha Stawniak, 19, of Levittown; Emma Tatral, 18, of Levittown; and Zachary Waters, 19, of Holland, were arrested around 12:54 a.m.

After a traffic stop on New Falls Road on Wednesday, June 29, a 30-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence. Daniel James Walter of Levittown was arrested around 12:41 a.m.

On Wednesday, June 29, Sears at Oxford Valley Mall reported that a female was in custody for retail theft. Joanna Luz Figueroa, 26, of Trenton, N.J. was arrested for retail theft, receiving stolen property and two counts of corruption of minors after taking nearly $563 worth of merchandise.

A 31-year-old woman from Levittown was arrested at Redners Warehouse on Wednesday, June 29. Meghan Cianci was cited for retail theft for taking almost $133 worth of merchandise from the store.
